EDMI also offers Remote Support which is available through our EDMI Zoomtak Boxes*, allowing us to provide Installations, troubleshooting, and Reprogramming online, without having to leave the comfort of your living room!  

*Note - you must have compatible equipment for this option.

EDMI also offers In Home Service with our very own "Director of Cool"  Jeremy!  Jeremy is available to come visit you at home, and offers Setup, reprogramming, tutorials and troubleshooting services.
