How to install apps

Select the file to Download

• Click on the app you want to download
• You will be brought to the download page - select "Download"
• You should see "Download Started" (proceed to the next step

              (Note:  your box may ask if you want to use the Browser to

              download the file, select "Browser", and try again)

Find the file you just downloaded

• Return to your home page, and click on "Apps" select "File Browser" and navigate to "Local Disk" then open the folder "Downloads"

Install the app

• Select the file  you just downloaded  

               (if in doubt look for the file that has the most recent date) 

• click "Install", and "Done" when finished.

Ensure the App has the necessary permissions

• Make sure you "Allow" and "Accept" all options that come up to ensure it has every permission required.
